By accessing tazamio.co.ke you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Public content is intended for personal, non-commercial viewing. Authorized administrators are also responsible for keeping credentials secure and for actions taken through their access.

Tazamio creates original entertainment using a combination of automated production tools and human-defined editorial, safety and quality controls. Fiction is entertainment, not a factual claim about real people. Required synthetic-media and audience disclosures are applied at publication where supported.

Tazamio and its licensors retain rights in the site, brand, artwork, video, audio, text and software. You may stream public content for personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell, remove rights notices, extract datasets, train models on protected content, or create misleading derivatives without permission or a legal exception.

• Do not disrupt, probe or bypass security and access controls.
• Do not automate artificial views, engagement or advertising activity.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code or unlawful material.
• Do not impersonate Tazamio or misrepresent an affiliation.
• Do not use content in a way that infringes rights or harms others.

Links and publications on social platforms are governed by those services as well as these terms. Tazamio does not control their availability, moderation, advertising or data practices. References to a platform do not imply endorsement.

If you believe content infringes your rights, is unsafe, or should be corrected, email hello@tazamio.co.ke with the URL, a clear explanation, your contact details and any supporting authority. We will assess good-faith reports and may restrict content while reviewing them.

We may update, suspend or remove features or content, including for maintenance, security, licensing, policy or provider availability. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item remains available indefinitely.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Entertainment and general informational content is not professional medical, legal or financial advice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are intended to operate under applicable Kenyan law, subject to mandatory protections that may apply where you live. A specific contracting entity, venue and dispute process will be added before material commercial services requiring them launch.
